  • How does the multi-site feature work? Multi-site configuration would require broadband Internet connectivity, a central Microsoft SQL Server, and a secure virtual private network.

  • How does the free support work? For Success! CRM in single-user mode only for one year from purchase date. Multiple users, multiple sites and Microsoft Access-related questions would require a service contract.
