  • What are the system and user requirements? Requirements: Microsoft Office 2003 with all updates, Novice-level Microsoft Access experience.

  • How does the multi-site feature work? Multi-site configuration would require broadband Internet connectivity, a central Microsoft SQL Server, and a secure virtual private network.

  • How does the free support work? For Amicus AMS in single-user mode only for one year from purchase date. Multiple users, multiple sites and Microsoft Access-related questions would require a service contract.

  • What if my question isn't here? Send an email to support@netsend.us. Although we may call you to provide a resolution, we do not take incoming support calls for Amicus AMS.
